NCYC Survey

NFCYM is moving ahead with planning for a gathered event in November, 2021. Our diocese (and parish) would like to gauge the interest of families with this short survey.

Are you interested in having your son/daughter attend NCYC 2021?

If you answered "yes," or, "it depends," how many of your children who will be in high school in 2021-2022 would/might attend?
Regardless of how you answered the first question, what concerns or worries do you have about your child/children attending NCYC 2021? If you checked "it depends," what does it depend on? What do you want the diocese to be sure to keep in mind as decisions are being made about whether to attend or not?
A final cost for NCYC is not presently available, but the base cost for attending NCYC 2019 was $535/person, and this year's cost will most likely be slightly higher than that. Just for the sake of this question, if $535 was the cost for NCYC 2021, how much of the cost would need to come from fundraising?
- All of it. Our family could not afford to pay anything.
- About 75% of it. The rest we could pay.
- At least half of the cost.
- We could pay 75% of the cost and the rest from fundraising.
- If needed, we could pay the entire fee.
